Overall

I took my child here. I felt we were just a number to them. Not very personable. Didn't feel like they were helpful in explaining the steps. They don't let you go back with your child. They sent me a "Confidential" survey to fill out. I filled it out, not giving a great review. Dr. Cottingham ended up emailing MY boss! Asking her why I would give her such low numbers. THEN she questions MY work performance!! WHY? Why wouldn't you call ME asking why I gave you low numbers??? I do NOT trust her!!!

Originally a native of Alabama, Dr. Cottingham received her bachelor's degree from Troy University, in Troy, Alabama. She achieved her doctor of dental medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and practiced general dentistry for one year at the Veterans' Administration hospitals in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, Alabama.
