        We're a factory authorized Honda automobile dealership in the Phoenix area. We sell and service new & pre-owned Honda vehicles. We're located on the south side of Interstate 10 near the AZ 101 freeway. We're about halfway between 99th & 107th avenues. Our Mission is to provide our customers World Class service through every phase of the sales and service experience. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction by showing every sales and service customer that they have friends at the dealership that they can trust.         Tried to pull a fast one!

        We recently went down to the Earnhardt Honda dealership in Avondale. We had a VERY BAD experience!! A manger there pretended to call the service department of another dealership, and then said they were closed (on Saturday). They also tried to convince us that the loud engine noise was the noise from a turbo on the car we were testing. On the way home we called the same service department and they ARE open until 4pm, and found a nice little article about the car we were interested in- link below- (the car is marked as unsellable by the manufacturer)….
