        Horrible Company! If I could give them zero stars I would. In 3 months I never once got a returned phone call or text. And the after Mark with watermark said the job was "completed" (through a 3rd party) we had to hire someone else to clean the carpets because I filled my own vacuum canister with construction dust and soot from the fire. In addition, I am still finding black soot on light fixtures, tubs, blinds, etc. We now have to hire another company and pay $750 out of our own pockets to clean everything the correct way and get the soot out before I can move my family back in. This is one of the worst companies we have had to deal with since our house fire. I hope no one ever has to go through the disaster that watermark restoration leaves behind!
