Dr. Nestor J Truccone, MD

The only thing good about this dr was prompt in getting the appointment. We waited over 3-1/4 hours from the time we step into the door to leaving. We arrived 30 mins early to fill out paper work. There were no comprehensive questionaire on paper or by staff or the doctor, Disappointing. Family history of heart related issues I thought would be important, apparently wasn't high on this guys list. The electrocardiogram was prompt by the nurse. The waiting game began after that, Dr, Truccone does his own echocardiograms with no assistance by his staff. The waiting room was a joke, It was more like a hallway crammed with 12 chairs. If one could pace to relax the mind it would have to be outdoors. At check-out they asked about making an appointment in one year. I said I would call, then asked if the next appt would be less time in the office. They said to plan on 2 hours. In other words, this is how this guy practices. No thanks! We'll find another cardiologist that fits our needs.
