Pro Files Hair Nail & Skin

There are VERY talented, but VERY sloppy girls working here. My nails came out great but I questioned the cleanliness of EVERYTHING in there. Dirty floors, shelves, even the girls desk was dirty with dust from her last client and coffee cup rings. The files she used on me looked like they had been used hundreds of times! Also very expensive!!! I have since tried other salons and found a MUCH better one that I don't fear getting an infection at. Maybe these girls should spend less time gossiping at the front desk and more time cleaning!

I went to ProFiles Cape coral for the first time. The staff was very friendly and the nail technician was very good, for that reason, I was very pleased. What did make me uncomfortable was the lack of cleanliness. The technician's table was dirty and had chips and dust from previous clients, the glass display shelves where products and polishes are displayed were very dusty and dirty and disposable files are used from client to client. I would return for the service and quality of work if the salon were cleaned, but until that time, I will look for another salon.
