        The small houses this company builds is a REAL HOUSE just scaled down, not a glorified storage building or downsized mobile home. Although the one I inspected was only 14'X32' it had a full size bath tub/shower, a bedroom large enough for a full bed with room to spare with a large closet, kitchen large enough for full size appliances, space for and hook ups for washer and dryer and the living room area was a comfortable size.
