Tukel Eye Center

I first met Dr. Tukel when I was taking my aging father and mother for cataract surgeries. I was so impressed with both his bedside manner and his knowledge and skill utilizing the latest surgical tools and techniques that I made him my own (and my wife's) eye doctor. I had 100% successful lasik surgery (near perfect vision now, 10 years later), and my wife had cataract surgery complicated by glaucoma with equal success. We continue to trust him with our annual exams, because we know he will catch any problems early and take appropriate measures.

Very bad professionalism. I was supposed to receive my prescription glasses in 7-10 days. After 3 weeks, I still haven't got my glasses. When I complained, the lady says do you want me to cancel the order and order it some where else? They just lost me as customer.

I was a new patient,early arriving for appointment and after filling out paperwork was not taken in until an hour after appointment time. No reason for delay given. Rushed through exam by a technician who treated my questions with disrespect and forced politeness. Asked for contact prescription so I could shop around and was given an eyeglass prescription. Called office manager who was sure I had not asked for one and when I pointed out that I had been fitted for contacts abd not ordered any with them became flustered and hung up on me. Fitted old lenses with new prescription and was told it would only take a week for them to come back. After two weeks I called a they said they were ready. I asked why I hadn't been called the reply was something like "we WERE gonna call you last week but you called first." To which I was so confused I asked if the glasses had been ready for a week and got no reply. In short: Do not go to Dr Tuckle and Koslov

Great Doctor! Very good with the patients and knows exactly what he is doing!
