I have had a sinus problems since I was a child. I never could get rid of it until I saw Dr. Sharpe. She is a very special doctor, who treats the patient as well as the problem. She is so kind and thoughtful. For the first time in years, I do not have a runny nose all the time. She is very thorough, and explains everything to the patient. I am glad I saw her, and will continue to.

Dr. Sharpe was kind and professional. I've never met a doctor that listens as closely as she does. Not only did I feel welcome, she got rid of my sinus infection! I had already seen 3 doctors for my sinus problems. I am better because she listened to MY symptoms and treated them appropriately. I plan to take my son to see her for his tonsil problems.

I suffered with extremely painful sinus infections most of my life. The older I got the more frequent. The first ENT I saw recommended surgery and also implied additional surgery might be needed, I went to Duke for a 2nd opinion and had my 1st surgery there. I was in the hospital overnight and very sick the next day. While most all the MDs were competent, followup care and parking at Duke was very difficult.A fellow sinus suffer told me about Dr. Malenbaum. I have had 2 additional sinus surgeries preformed by him and both were much easier to recover from and nothing like the horrible "recovery" at Duke.I no longer have sinus infections that are so painful, I can not function, even with medication and no air can pass through my nose. I can breath now.He also cured my young son of a mild, but persistent fluid in his ears problem, that our Pediatrtion had been unsuccessful treating. Dr. Malenbaum had him blow up some balloons, it pushed the fluid out and the problem was solved.
