Designer Hair & Nails

I don't know why this other customer had such a horrible experience but I have been going there for about 16 years now to get my nails done and I think they have great customer service and provide quality service!! I used to drive all the way from Escondido and even Riverside county just to go there!! Maybe it was an employee who no longer works there or maybe just was totally wrong and it should be taken care of by the owner. I have never had hair services done though, but from my relationship and service experience with the nail part and the owner, Tina, it has been fantastic. They have offered to do a pedicure and nail fill at the same time and when I say "no thank you. I would like them separate." they are very courteous and understanding. I am a very picky customer and they never are rude when I ask them to redo something or ask questions. They truly want to please the customer. I also know in the last year there are a few hair stylists that left and no longer work there. I highly recommend Designer Hair and Nails!!!!

By far the worst salon I have ever been to. Everyone was extremely rude, they are way overpriced, and the woman had to stop doing my hair two times because she was having a coughing attack from her cigarrette she was smoking a minute before she started. I would definitely NOT recommend going here.
