        Overall

        I went to Auto Zone located on University Drive, on the west side, to purchase windshield wiper blades. After asking the employee if he could look up the kind I need, he replied, "There's a book over there." I looked before asking him and never saw a book! Very rude service the whole time I was there. I went to O'Reilly's instead and they were cheaper, put the wiper blades on for me at no cost, and provided overall efficient and polite service. This is the first time I have been to the west side Auto Zone, and I will never go to this Auto Zone again.
