        Do not use this company to tow your vehicle. Horrible service and unprofesioal staff including the owner. They damaged my vehicle during towing worth thousands of dollars. Next step is to contact BBB. They should not be in business.I hope more people will come out and express their experience with this company.

        My van broke down on me today. I waited for the tow truck to get to my location and it came at the time my representative told me he would arrive. Robert was his name, I know he was just doing his job, but I would like to thank him again for excellent service. He was very sincere about my safety because it was snowing out and extremely cold. He was polite and friendly. So I want to give him ' Thumbs Up '.

        I highly recommend Bob Bolin Service for any towing needs you may have in the future. The tow operator I had, whose name was Chris, was well groomed, courteous, efficient, and respectful. Chris actually towed my vehicle twice, and was courteous, efficient, and respectful both times. He also was kind enough to recommend an auto body shop that he felt was responsible and did good work. Chris was quick in getting to both locations where I needed a tow, and I appreciated his expertise.
