        Favorite sushi place in Richmond! Happy hour every from 5 to 8 30, which is incredible low priced. Decent food made by Japanese chef, authentic and fresh! Wondering why here is always empty.. You have to come and try!!

        The best Japanese Steak house / Sushi house in the Richmond area if not def one of the top. Service is great, and the food quality top of the line. Yes their price may be higher than some, but it is completely worth it.

        It was very fun watching the chef's cook, and the food was wonderful.....We went for Valentine's Day, and it was very crowded, but we still had good service...It took long to be seated, but thats understandable on Valentine's Day.

        Kabuto Japanese House of Steaks has been providing traditional Japanese cooking and sushi cuisine in Richmond, Va., for 30 years. The restaurant serves its customers with a full line of teppan-yaki cooking style. The Japanese restaurant offers several private dining areas with capabilities to handle groups of 20 to 100 people. Kabuto Japanese House of Steaks caters to a variety of special occasions, including business meetings, anniversaries, birthdays, bridal/baby showers and rehearsal dinners, among others. In addition to main dining rooms, the restaurant features a bar area equipped with televisions and its signature giant aquarium. It also has a separate sushi bar with seating.
