Im3 Oil & Lube

I had a 10 year Avalon that had given me not one problem the past 10 years-- everyone asked me if it was a new car. They misapplied the oil filter, and claimed the whole incident was not their fault. YET, when I returned after having a second oil/filter change less than an hour later at another location, you could clearly see the oil trail where I backed out, and could trace the oil trail where I had been. Now my investment rattles, pings, and knocks, as I drove a ways not knowing there essentially was NO oil in the engine. YES, I am a woman, and old one, and these guys took advantage of me. I am crushed. DONT let them crush you. I just bet Im not the first, not the only one.
