We had a party of 18 people on a Wednesday evening. We arrived at 6:30, which was exactly an hour before the guest of honor was to arrive. 16 of the 18 in our party were at the restaurant by 6:45 (minus the guest of honor and his wife). Another large party arrived shorty after us and were somehow seated before us. When we talked with the hostess, she made reference to the fact that they were tired of the other group harassing them about a table. So, if you want to be seated, I suggest you go and act obnoxious, ghetto and loud. You'll be seated no problem. We left and went to Outback at 7:45. Didn't have to deal with a wait or the ghetto atmosphere.......

Love this place. Service is always fast and friendly. We have had the same server the last three times we have been. Food is always good and arrives in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable.
Texas Roadhouse Rocks!

We have eaten at this location many times and have enjoyed the taste and value. You can NOT see the cooks unless you went into the kitchen. The previous posting about seeing a cook eating mashed potatoes from the large serving dish is ridiculous!

i have been there several times and know for a fact that you cannot get back to see what the cooks are doing without walking right into the kitchen. its just not possible. sorry that you have to make up things that are not true in your spare time. the roadhouse is the greatest steak house with the greatest prices ever. try the filet!

During a recent visit to Texas Roadhouse, I witnessed two cooks eating in the kitchen while cooking. A member of our party walked back to see what they were eating. He discovered that they were eating out of the large container of mashed potatoes. Rather than not order the potatoes, we chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same.
