# User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by BrandiN 07/20/2010 Let me tell you about KIA Store East. My husband is in the military and we bought a car from these guys in early 2007. In July 2010 we took the vehicle in to their service department to get the wiring of some of our light bulbs fixed because we had to ship our KIA Sedona overseas. Needless to say their service department is less than stellar. My husband told them once, and I told them three times that the light bulbs on the vehicle must be fixed in order to ship the vehicle overseas. To make a long story short, I discovered the day before I had to ship my vehicle that I had two light bulbs that did not work! I discovered this a week and a half after they allegedly fixed it. Needless to say we had to take it to another KIA dealer in order for it to be fixed. We called the manager to tell them our story and try to get a refund but he never called us back. Go figure. We also called KIA corporate and to complain and they never call

Went in shopping for a compact SUV. I was interested in the Sportage and wanted to see if there was a catch to the advertised deal of $4000 for any trade. The sales person was very helpful and did not pressure me. I was pleased to find out that they were happy to honor to $4000 off even for my trade that was a van that didn't even run anymore. Nice facilities, polite and helpful staff. Haven't decide on a car for sure yet but if I go for the Sportage I will definitely buy it there.
