My insurance company recommended Foothill Auto Body. At first I was a little hesitant but I didn't know of any good body shops in the area so I thought what the heck. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I picked my truck up -- A+!

I got into an accident a few weeks ago. I never got into an accident and was very confused how the process worked. The woman at the front desk was VERY helpful and VERY knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and even helped me get into a rental which was next door (very convenient)! The only complaint I had was the guy who sat in in the middle had his feet up on his desk while texting on his personal phone, that did NOT look very professional.

Would like to Thank Foothill Auto Body for the wonderful service they provided. I have had to have my van repaired more than once. The quality of work, from the ladies at the service desk, to managment and body shop was excellent. My vehicle was returned to me looking like NEW. It is nice to have a body shop that is efficient and dependable.

I recently had my Chevy Tahoe repaired at Foothill Auto Body in Rancho Cucamonga. The employees were very helpful and friendly. When I called to make and appointment to leave my car for repairs, one of the ladies in the front office told me I could leave it that same day. She asked me if I would be needing a rental car and offered to make a reservation for me at Enterprise Rent A Car. Additionally, Enterprise was located right next door which made it very convenient when I dropped off my car, later that morning. I signed the paperwork and was told by the estimator that my car should be ready on Friday. On Thursday morning, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call that my car was done! When I picked up the car, I couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. It looked beautiful and the paint matched perfectly! I would highly recomend Foothill Auto Body because of their quality of work and professional staff.

I picked my car up from Foothill Auto Body today, and it's still not fixed. And did I mention this is the fourth time that I had to bring my car in?



I got into a front end collision about 2 months ago. I brought my car to Foothill Auto Body due to the company's location, as well as the professionalism of their Site and Phone IVR messaging. I wish I had gone somewhere else.



The first time I got my car back, the panels did not align properly at the A-Pillar, my AC Unit was not functioning properly, and I noticed some paint defects. I brought the car back in a couple of weeks later.



The second time I got my car back, The paint imperfection wasn't fixed correctly. They simply wet-sanded it. When I called, they said it was underneath the clear coat, and would need to be re-painted. Why didn't they just paint it then? Additionally, I received a nice new scratch along the driver door, and the inside of my window trim was folded inward.



The third time I got my car back, they took some more shortcuts. One of the panels that needed to be re-painted wasn't prepped, so there was some imperfections that were simply sprayed over. Also, some of the clips were worn so that panel piece was loose, and there was now a loose screw floating around between the body and the plastic interior piece. The window trim was fixed on the inside, but was not seating incorrectly on the outside. Finally, my car had received some new scratches on the roof!



Well, I had enough, so I called the manager Dennis Carrillo. I explained how unacceptable this situation was. He agreed and told me to come in and he would take care of me.



So today I picked my car up for the fourth time. Dennis continued going on, on how he was doing me a favor for repairing things that should have been fixed the first time. As if the bonus scratches I received the last two times weren't enough, on the fourth they decided to give me a ding on my trunk lid. After some back and forth, Dennis said he would not repair it and it was a pre-existing issue. I find that a bit difficult to swallow given this whole ordeal and the bad track-record they already had with my car.



I was hoping this was going to be the last time I had to go back, but it looks like there will be a fifth trip. One of the clips on an interior panel is loose, and the window trim wasn't fixed at all.



In my opinion, I would look for a different body shop!
