Saltgrass Steak House

Tonight the service was bad. My husband ordered soup & salad. I ordered a grilled chicken salad.. The waitress brought a large salad to him. I waited & waited. He finished his salad. I asked the waitress if they might change the way they serve so that both parties could eat together. I knew the bowl of soup could be eaten in 5 minutes while a chicken salad could take 30. After explaining to the manager that I sat for 15-20 minutes watching my dining partner eat while my dinner never arrived, the he asked if he could get us something & said he would check on our food. I saw him 10 minutes later across the room working with one of his employees. He never came by to tell us when it would be out, neither did the waitress. I waited 40 minutes for a grilled chicken salad & when it finally came out with the bowl of soup, my husband ate the soup in 3 minutes & I was eating alone for 30. Bad service, very bad management!! We will not eat dinner at Salt Grass in Odessa again.
