The dentist (Dr. Walters) was very nice, professional and the place looked good. The biggest disappoint was the fact that we were told that an exam, x-rays and cleaning for our son would be about $130-140 when we called to make the appointment... however, when we went to pay, the clerk said the charges were $211.



Naturally, this was an unpleasant surprise! She would only take off $33 as a "professional courtesy" in spite of the fact they overcharged us around $70-80. Of course, the appointment was already over and there was nothing we could do... and the office clerk didn't make it right either (other than taking off $33). This makes me VERY leary about business practices and add-on fees/charges after the fact.
