The Mexico Cafe

Just got back from the Mexico Cafe. That is undoubtedly one of the most mismanaged disasters I have ever encountered. We got there at 2:25 pm and requested a booth. We were told it would be a 5-10 min. wait. Twenty mins. later we were seated . What was bothersome was that as we walked through the restaurant I spoted eight open booths. They had at least 9 other parties waiting for booths behind us and they had ample seating for most of them, but chose to have them wait. Customers seem an inconvenience to the management. As we walked past the separate room they have behind the double doors I spotted only two of six booths being utilized. I was told that room was reserved for a big party. However, by the time we left there were still empty booths and no big party. Wow!! Can't ask for worse management than that. I also agree with all the others. Their prices skyrocketed after the remodeling. It's obvious they aim to recoup their construction costs from customers.

Excellent Food, Great Value and service. We were greeted by a very nice young lady.. We were sat imediately on a Saturday evening at prime dinner time.. We had the most polite waitress we've ever had in any resaurant we have ever been to.. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
