called Hunt's Machine to ask some simple questions about the way their process works because I have an engine that I want checked for any imperfections. I was told it was going to cost a few hundred just for them to tear down the engine. When I asked what the processes were that made up the price (not because I was complaining but because I was actually curious) I was rushed off the phone. When I told him I would find another company Dave almost sounded happy to lose the business telling me it didn't matter because he had plenty of customers including one that was walking in the door just then. Growing up and going into different shops with my grandfather I saw hard working people that couldn't thank the customer enough for giving them business. I will never ever pick up the phone again to call this place and neither should anyone else. I hope they lose customers with the kind of attitude I as a brand new customer was given...
