        WE HAVE BEEN BUILDING AN APARTMENT IN NEW YORK CITY YET WE HAVE "LEANED ON" OUR GOOD FRIENDS AT CLEMENT HARDWARE FOR HELP. THEY KNOW EVERYTHING, ARE EAGER TO PLEASE AND WE CAN RELY ON THEM TO FIND THE PRODUCTS WE NEED AND WANT. WHAT A GREAT FIND FOR US.         Called in for some lawn and garden information and got transferred to someone who was abrupt. Likely because they did not carry the product I was asking for and he did not want to waste time. Sale or no sale, the staff can be friendly at least. Unprofessional...

        I am a locksmith and I have bought about $4000.00 worth of Baldwin Hardware for my customers from Clement, and they are just the best. They always have what I need and they always take the time to check and make sure that what im asking for is what I REALLY need instead of just taking an order. This has saved me from some costly mistakes!!! When I had projects I would bring locks in and just pick their brains about the best way to fix it or go about replacing it. Dave and Gordon are the best, and Clement Hardware is the greatest!
