Conley's Place Restaurant

Went in today with a group of friends (7 total with 3 of them being children). They were very busy but we called ahead and made a reservation for all 7. We sat and ordered pretty quickly. About 20mins after ordering, the waitress, Amanda, came out and told one of our guests that they were out of what she had ordered. She picked something else and we continued to wait. About 10mins later, she came out to tell us that it was still going to be a while because there were 10-12 tickets ahead of ours. We asked her how long "a while" was and she couldn't tell us. In the time that we waited, they sat 3 tables of 2 after us and they had all already been served. One of those tables even got the dish we were told they were out of. We snagged someone who I assume was the manager and told her that we just wanted to cancel our order and pay for the drinks. She was clearly irritated and told us that they were making our food now and it'd be 2mins. We told her we weren't interested and explained the frustration with tables sat after us being served before us. We were then told that because we were a large group, they serve the smaller tables first. It took almost another 10mins to get our tickets and, after having waited for an hour for food, we paid for our drinks and left. Funny thing is, Amanda was our waitress the first time we all went where we had an even larger group and no issues. Amanda and the manager were both incredibly rude/disrespectful and handled the situation very poorly. Obviously, we won't be back.
