Bug Man

Working out of town makes things more difficult than usual and I thought I was going to have a problem finding someone that would do the job right. I was referred to the Bug Man for exterminating my home in Denver. I spoke with Ann and she was great and scheduled for John to do the job. The Bug Man did the job as they said they would within the same week. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

The first year we used The Bug Man, they did a really good job. We called them the following year, and they never showed, and never called our home or cell. We called the next day and they messed up and didn't have us on the schedule. Figuring everyone can make a mistake, we gave them a call again this year. We were told they would be out between 12-2pm. We waited until 2pm and nobody showed, or called. We came home after running errands and there was a card on our door. They showed up an hour late. I understand mistakes happen and people can run late, but not contacting the customer to let them know is ridiculous. I would not recommend using The Bug Man.

We moved to Thornton two years ago and were in need of a bug man. Our house was empty for 8 months and the spiders were enjoying the place to themselves. John was the first and also the last bug man we called. He not only took care of our spider problem, but he also took care of us. We enjoyed having him for two years but we just moved back to the east coast and we miss him. If you need a bug or pest man call John, You will be glad you did..

I had the Bugman solve a pest problem we were having recently. They were so great to work with and took care of our concerns the first time out. We were so happy with the service we received we've decided to use them anytime we need pest control in the future. Thanks Bugman!
