I have insured my home & vehicles with GNIS for about three years or so & evertime I have needed GNIS THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME!!! Just recently l got the infamous acronym DUI !!! I got more support from GNIS than I ever imagined!!! Of course I will be booted from my current insurance co. But Jamie & GNIS staff made the transition of my auto insurance to my forthcoming insurance HASSLE FREE!!! Went the EXTRA MILE to inform me that I should keep my home owners insurance where it is because I have coverage with them that my forthcoming insurance can't match!!! WHO DOES THAT?!!!! GNIS!!!

As a college student about to dip her toes into "real life," the overall task of dealing with any type of insurance (auto, renter's, health, etc.) seems challenging and overwhelming. I was originally referred to Great North Insurance when looking for auto insurance, and was so impressed with my representative, Danielle, and the entire staff's knowledge base and overall customer service, that I decided to utilize their services for renter's and health insurance, as well. That was two years ago, and since then, I've been more than satisfied with the care I've received, and I greatly recommend their services to others looking to satisfy their insurance needs!
Nick and everyone at Great North was so easy to work with. It was our first time needing/buying home insurance, and Nick did a great job explaining not only the process and our options but also things to look for in policies in the future. They were always available when we had questions, and got back to us very quickly. They had the ability to compare multiple companies, so that we could choose the best one for our needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
We have been using Great North Insurance for a few years now and they have continued to be great! Everyone in the office is so helpful with phone calls and emails, my questions are always taken care of. We recently bought a new house and Nick was wonderful in working with our bank and mortgage company to get them all the information needed for our purchase. The team at Great North Insurance were so helpful when we decided to switch our insurance provider. They were very prompt in finding the right plan for our family and getting our new insurance plan put into place. They even took care of cancelling our old policy for us. Everyone is so busy these days that we really appreciated that extra help in taking care of our old plan.

When I was asked by Nick if I would be interested in an evaulation of my auto and homeowners insurance I was sure that I already had great rates and ample coverage as I had reviewed it just two years ago. Oh how I was wrong! Nick was able to substantially increase my protection and still save me a little money. He recommended to add an Umbrella policy which gives me a greater sense of security. Nick made switching the coverage easy. Give a call and see if you were in the same boat I was in.
