Like Today - My Battery Light Came on, the Office staff asked one of the Mechanics if it would be possible to fit me in, & they did. My Vehicle was Diagnosed & Repaired Before Close of Business. I took my truck in thinking I had a cracked oil pan, I saw my car go in and up on the rack, two minutes later it came off the rack...Nathaniel, the office jocky came in the office and told me the plug was loose and they tightened it up with no charge. Everyone was professional, helpful and polite in recommending a repair. Additionally, the service cost was exceptionally reasonable.
