I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS CO. FOR YEARS. ONLY 1 COMPLAINT AND I HAD PAID MY OLD POLICY OFF AND GOT THE NEW ONE IN THE MAIL. IN BETWEEN THESE 2 POLICIES A AMOUNT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT..THIS AMOUNT DID NOT MATCH UP WITH THE OLD OR NEW POLICY. I FEEL A MISTAKE WAS MADE BUT I CONTACTED THE CO. NEAREST ME AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK, NEVER HEARD A WORD.
