Very unprofessional, late to show up to give an estimate, and then it was some young man and his girlfriend, with no identification, and didn't know what the company name was who showed up after dark. I didn't let this individual into my home; then got a nasty text from the owner saying that was his "supervisor". Really, a supervisor? Do not let these people anywhere near your stuff.
