Steve is a very friendly and good technician. However, VERY expensive. Replaced a Raypak heater for my residential pool today. My bad for not researching before agreeing to pay $2558 for an installed unit that I could purchase online for $1887 from INYO pool. After speaking with Raypak they assured me that the unit would qualify for warranty - as long as I could prove that I had it installed by a certified tech. Steve spent less than two hours at my home installing the unit - and my math shows he makes over $500 per hour for the install. Oh, and this was his "Cash" price. Please do your research before agreeing to a price from this company.
