Mimi's Cafe

Being that this place is across from Disneyland, you would expect better service. Especially since diners will remember the experience.



We came here before dinner time and there were not alot of customers.



When we walked in, the hostess sat us down, but there was a busboy/whatever standing there chatting with her. (which he did throughout our entire visit)



We placed our order with the waiter and our food came out rather quick. We ordered soups and salads and iced teas. (not a complicated order)



Now comes the non existent service part.



Trying to flag down someone for a refill. Not once did anyone ask if we were doing okay, did we need a refill, did we need anything.



The busboy walked past us three or four times. The manager walked past us.. Every person that walked by us, we tried to make eye contact, but to no avail.



Finally we held our hand up high like a student who has an urgent question for a teacher and we were finally recognized (after waiting and hoping for 20 minutes).



All we wanted was a refill, but by the time the waiter finally decided to check on us, we just wanted our check.



I've been to many different locations, but I will not ever return to this one! There are many different places to eat at or around Disneyland.



Since the staffers were standing around doing nothing, they didnt' check on the women's restroom either. Which was not that great either.



Avoid this restaurant!
