Le Salon Nowel

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a Groupon from them for the brazilian zero keratin treatment. I made an appointment ( which should have warned me that they were sketchy because they didn't answer and called me back from a cell phone number), but then I had to reschedule because I had to chaperone a trip for my 7th graders. I made my appointment for the next day and low and behold I arrive today and the lady isn't even there. I am told to call her and with not even the slightest apology she just tells me I'm wrong that I didn't make it for this day. I obviously know what day I wanted my hair done, so who is more likely to have made the mistake. Mind you, it was mother's day and I spent it driving all the way there in bumper to bumper traffic to have this woman just hang up. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. No way to run a business. Not that anyone could know but I have lost two sons to premature birth and my mother this year to pancreatic cancer. All I wanted was to do something that would make me distracted from that (hence how I am so sure I made it for this day) but instead I left that place in anger and in tears because I got treated like that. SHADY BUSINESS.
