We've used Evelyn's office for just over a year. We've never had such amazing customer service. Blanca, in particular, has been an enormous help with our complicated insurance issues. She is always available over email, responds promptly, and takes care of far more than we ever expect. We always feel we are dealing with someone who takes the time to understand our needs and actually has our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Evelyn's office.

Lisa at Evelyn Murphy may be the best insurance agent I've worked with in 30 years. First, she helped me find landlord insurance without the "prerequisites" others demanded--they all wanted me to move all of my insurance needs to them. Lisa cut through the B.S. and found me what I wanted with no strings attached. So I decided to toss her a real challenge. I was insured with that company that says "15 minutes can save you 15% or more." I thought for sure she couldn't beat those guys. She not only beat their price, she did it with better coverage. And better pricing is not the half of it. She pulled it all off while asking a bare minimum of my time and making the whole experience painless, simple and enjoyable. Most insurance agents just want people to buy lots of insurance. Evelyn Murphy has been my agent through a marriage, a divorce, another marriage, three kids from birth to adulthood, three houses, and more than ten cars. She is easily accessible, always organized, and very responsive to any needs we have. I know I can just send her an email and she'll take care of everything. I've never been less than 100% satisfied with Allstate and Evelyn Murphy is the best agent in Texas.

Great service, quick and helpful. Was recently in a minor accident, I immediately called them. They put Evelyn Murphy on the phone, she walked me through the steps, and even spoke with the party that hit me to collect all the needed info. I was in good hands (with Allstate), literally. Lisa Stringer was very helpful in getting my home owners policy quickly, while answering all my questions. She worked with my mortgage broker to get them all the information they needed for me to close on my first home. I now use Allstate for my Car Insurance and my Homeowner's. We came to Lisa Stringer some years ago by an referral of the tennis coach of my son. We could not get an insurance for the car of our son as he is German and had no social security number. Lisa helped us getting an insurance. We now have two cars and a Harley insured there and always get great service. Even having a green card and SSN now we stick to Allstate because of that incredible service. WS

I am really big on customer service and now days its hard to find. Lisa has ALWAYS been so helpful and caring anytime I have needed her. She seems to love her job and customers. She makes me feel like I am family and that she would go far and beyond to help satisfy me. SHE ROCKS!!!!!
