I have been shooping for a reliable car for almost a month. My last stop was at carbiz, there I met Mr. Kelvin B. who guided me through my first purchase for a car. Not only did he help me with a car purchase, he help me become more knowledgable to understanding credit. The car that i was shopping for was a Honda I ended up with a Mercury, i felt that the car i purchased was way better than than my original choice thanks to Kelvin B. and the Carbiz crew.

Overall good experience, Matt was great. They even picked me up 30 miles away,on Christmas Eve!!!! Matt did a careful walk around before I signed on the dotted line and when we found some paint runs in the clear coat on the front bumper, he commited to fixing it when I brought the car in for the free oil change. Great service, and friendly with alot of paitence.

I just bought my Audi from Carbiz and can't say enough about the staff! My sales person didn't pressure me (surprisingly) and the management was always available if I had a question or concern. My car needed floormats and my request was quickly answered. Really feel great about my purchase and will buy again when my husband is ready for a car! I went to a few other places before Carbiz and I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time. The Audi I bought was clean and priced affordably. I'll be back!

I purchased a vehicle from Carbiz last year and was sold a dud. Needed major, costly repairs within six months. Do not be fooled by prices and claimed rigorously inspected cars.

got a great deal on an '02 4runner. very easy to work out a deal, no hassle at all. highly recomended.
