Mondowmin Mall Dental LLP

I went to Mondawmin Dental with a very bad tooth ache, I went to another office and they would not touh the tooth they said I need an Oral Surgeon after making appt I was told that the Doctor would have to see if she could remove my tooth, I thank God for the wonderful service and for Dr. Caldwell, she extracted my tooth with no problem I would recommend this office .

This was my 1st and last visit.The front desk staff was very unprofessional having inappropriate conversations about their home lives. The actual dentist was very rude I am unsure of her name, I don't think she even told it to me. She was a older African American woman. When I asked her questions about my exam she ignored me and continued talking to her staff as if I was not even standing there. I experienced very bad customer service and I feel like my business was not appreciated or wanted.
