Rite Aid

Rite Aid corporate says they will shoot passport photos on site. I called the store and the person on the phone said they don't do photos at this store and I would have to go to one of Rite Aid's other locations. She tried to tell me the other locations but her mumbling and enunciation were so bad that I couldn't understand a word she said. Telephone skills and telephone customer service would be a big plus for employees at this location. Very frustrating to get different stories from different Rite Aid sources.
