The Vision Center

Great place. Great staff. Great doctor.

Dr. Joey is very friendly and thorough and never rushes my exam. He is very knowledgable and not only answers my questions but takes time to explain my options and treatment plan with extra care. His staff also seems to be well educated on products and procedures as well, and they make the medical and vision insurance process quick and painless. I always look forward to my visits at the vision center and am quick to refer friends and family.

Dr Joey is great. He is thorough, efficient, engaging and well liked by his patients. However, the staff at the Florida Blvd office is HORRIBLE! They speak with their patients in a very demeaning manner and can be quite rude. There are a couple members of his staff that aren't too bad. Unfortunately, they are overshadowed by the ones that are. The lady who's been there since they were located across the street-rude, with a very nasty attitude (I actually liked her better at the old location; she was helpful and really congenial there). The staff member that greeted me and the one that discussed my insurance benefits were exceptionally rude. One staff member was dealing with a customer and told him she didn't want his business if he wasn't going to come back to there location. I won't be returning to them for service. I LOVE Dr Joey because he provides GREAT service, but customer service outside of the examing room matters more.
