Rosaelena Villagomez Cardenas ...

Rosaelena Villagomez Cardenas known as Rose was appointed as our child's Ad Litem. Rose spent 30 minutes in our home without our child present and charged us $1750.00. Rose told us that she was the ears and eyes of the court and not to worry. Rose told us numerous times that she would recommend to Judge Farr of the 312th Harris County District Court that our child should not be removed from our home because we provided a secure & stable environment. We believe she lied to us and did opposite by recommending the child go from a known environment to a unstable, unpredictable Disney vacation life style environment.

I called to ask her about a court day because I spoke to my son's father and he gave me a day we had child support court so just to make sure i got a time he told me to get with his lawyer. I check online and it comes up but there isn't no time. Well off the back when she called back she was completely rude. She told me i sounded young and then she tells me what's "my baby daddy name" really? Aren't lawyers supposed to be classy??? I asked her my son's father or baby daddy, and she had the nerve again to tell me that that's what young people call them. Well i just told her my son's father name is S****o Salazar. She says what I seen on the computer is usually not true. So you are telling me that what the state has on their website it's not true? I think she's just trying to screw me. The last thing she tells me it's a nasty case and doesn't give me the information i need thanks Mr. Rose. This lawyer needs to learn how to treat people. Good luck with her business.
