Every Fulton Homes buyer is issued access to their password-protected My Fulton Home web site. This web site contains all of your contract documents, including community documents such as CCRs, bylaws, landscape guidelines, construction schedules, selected options, warranty information, warranty registration for appliances, interactive personalized floor plans and more. You will have several meetings with the project manager, including pre-construction and again before drywall is installed. The sales associate is in close contact with you throughout the entire process while your new home is being built.
Framing
We just wanted to take a quick second to let you know we have enjoyed the home building process thus far and have been excited each time we see progress made. My brother, who owns a stucco company, and my father, who is a general contractor both had a chance to take a look at it the other day. They both said it is one of the best framing jobs they have seen and were very impressed. "Just a note to let you know how pleased my husband and I are with our new Fulton home. Especially our Energy Star windows. Since we moved in we have had temperatures ranging from the low one hundreds to the low sixties. We have not needed to use the heat setting at all and ran the air conditioning only in the late afternoons. We had a couple of serious dust storms and saw no evidence of air leakage. Not a speck of dust was on our sills. In my previous home we had to vacuum and dust after storms. Additionally, since our home is new we have no landscaping. Even without the benefit of trees for shade we can leave our blinds open all day. Even those with a south exposure transfer very little heat. For the first time in twenty five years we are actually not afraid to open our electric bill!"

Driveways
From the east- Take the 101 (Price Freeway) to Warner Road, and go west. After you pass Hardy, turn left on the first street which is Beck. Turn right at the second driveway and follow around for about 200 feet, and the Design Center is on the right. The Design Center’s address is 1241 W. Warner Rd. but if you are using a GPS, this will direct you to the building on Warner Road. We are not on Warner and are just in back of it, so turn on Beck and take the second driveway.
