We were made to sign contract for them to do our taxes. Being unhappy with them we decided to go elsewhere. Went to office to pick out papers up and they wouldn't give is anything until we gave them check for $700. Which is what we agreed upon( lessened learned) I would of been happy to pay them something for their time . Was hoping to give them maybe $300. I think that would of been a fair amount. They didn't even give us back all if our paperwork . Had to give them a yr of bank statements which my bank charged me to get copies of and they didn't give us the final paperwork for our taxes . I mean granted I didn't use you but I didn't give them $700. They could of at least finished doing my taxes !
