1st Choice Cabinetry

We recently had a flood in our home and went in search of custom cabinets... The lady working at 1st choice, Lori, was very unwelcoming. We told her we had a certain amount coming from our insurance claim and she only allowed me to look at cabinets in that price range. I told her we were willing to spend above and beyond what the insurance were to offer us, for more custom nice cabinets. I told her, actually more than once, that we were willing to spend quite a bit more. Each time I asked to look at more expensive cabinets she refused to let me look, and told me I was not allowed to! Little did she know we were willing to spend $20,000 more on our kitchen. They lost a big sale. Also, we own a contracting company and will be letting all of our customers know to stear clear of 1st choice.
