        Overall

        I'm a 15-year patient of DRFM and have had it with their lousy service which has been declining for years. Doctors seem uncaring, don't listen, keep their noses in their computers the whole time you're talking, and then ask you for your opinion on their diagnosis. What? Sorry, I've not been to medical school.



        Since Peter Ewing retired, the place has gotten worse and worse. Avoid Melissa at all costs. She sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacist which could have killed me and then would not take accountability for my complaint.



        Front desk staff is borderline rude and should be ticketed for privacy violations as they gossip loudly behind the counter about patients.
