        I have never been so Disrespected In My Life I Went In To Pick Up My Glasses Today Sat There For !5 Minutes No Service So I Decided To Walk Over And Speak To a Young Lady Who Was Clearly Doing Some Kind Of Inventory ? I Asked Can I Please Pick Up My Glasses She Began Almost Yelling At Me Saying She Was Taking Care Of A Patient Did I Mention That I Am Disabled ?I Said Okay Mam I Then Went To Sit Down And WAIT FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES BY THE WAY THERE WAS NO OTHER PATIENT !!! GLASSES ARE CUTE BUT THE SEVICE SUCKS THE YOUNG LADY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! THE GLASSES WERENT CHEAP EITHER AND HAD TO ALMOST BEG FOR RECIEPT

        bad customer serve specially the manager charging me $600 for glasses that I went some place else and got for $450. well the optical that i went is the the other one from the same people as this one how they are going to have different prices? if they belong to same company how about that. thats something to think about
