Certified Carpet Care

I received an ad in the paper and called CCC to set up an appointment. They responded quickly, were on time and did a really good job.



But.....they sold me a 2 year warranty and now I want them to come back and I get no return phone call and the 800 number they had is no longer working!



So, I paid for a warranty that I can't even use. What a rip off! If you call 443-867-5658, you'll get a message from Mike with CCC and can only leave a message. He won't call you back.



DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.



Also, I called another company called Certified Carpet Care (in St. Mary's County) and they apparently get complaint calls on this bogus company located in Brooklyn, MD.
