If you want to go to a place that judges you or almost attacks you about what is wrong with your teeth, then this is probably the place for you. I switched to this dentist, because my other dentist was too expensive, but my old one is looking pretty good at this point. This last visit was my second one and yet again the hygienist, who sounds like she's been working there for years, still has trouble with all the new technology in the room which extends the appointment even longer. She's basically a ditz. I'm 20 years old and she speaks to me like I'm a child which is irritating and I can tell when someone is trying to take advantage of the fact that you're young. I'm sorry, but a lot of us don't have all the money in the world to go get another retainer, because some teeth "could" get worse or go get our wisdom teeth out and not work for a week. I'm sure other dentists or hygienists are nicer and their receptionists are very nice, but this has just been two horrible experiences. Oh and their prices are still pretty high especially for someone without dental insurance. Can I also just say that I'm in nursing and I'm aware of what therapeutic communication is, but they obviously don't. Needless to say, this practice is probably the source of why sedation dentistry was developed.
