Scam artists, Liars and Cheats! Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos ARE CHEATS! They (Especially Rich Fisler) ripped off my 72 year old mother-mother a car-gave her a contract-told her the payment amounts and then called her 5 days later to say she had to pay more cause of financing troubles or return the car...LIARS! Scam Artists and total JERKS-DO NOT SHOP HERE this is a true story!-it is called a yo yo scam... I called the FTC (federal trade commission and they said this is called a yo yo finance scam or a spot delivery scam) Google it. So sad they take advantage of a senior citizen...only low lifes do those things-not reputable auto dealers. Contracts do not mean diddly squat to these losers! Also these people are no longer accredited by the better business Bureau. Gabriel Vargas helped my husband and I with the purchase of the 2013 Ridgeline. He was such a pleasant person to work with. He explained everything to us and made our experience a good one from beginning to end. My husband says he will recommend him to his friends. Muncio Sanchez helped us with all the paperwork and he was very friendly and helpful as well. He explained everything thoroughly to us and made sure we understood everything...We definitely are satisfied with our experience. Thanks again.
Do not go to this Honda dealership. Especially do not trust Avery Richey, the finance manager. He added an item to our contract that we didn't agree to.
When we were dealing with the sales man, Ishan, he gave us the price of the vehicle (out the door). We had a check on hand from our bank, but it was short, so we called our bank to send us a new check in the amount that Ishan gave us.
We then headed to the Finance Department, and Avery started offering us an anti-theft security system and extended warranty. We NEVER said yes to any of these offers. He tried to get us to finance with Honda, but we said we're keeping our financing with our bank. We had to sign papers as if we were financing with Honda, since were are doing an option contract (we are still waiting for the new check from the bank). A few days later we received our check from the bank, so we took it to Honda, and it was short. We then realized that even though we DID NOT say yes to any of the offers Avery mentioned, he still added the anti-theft security system. We told Sal, one of the other finance guys, to just remove the security system because we never wanted it in the first place. And of course he said they can't do that. All they did was add some computer chip to the car and they can't remove it? Full of crap!!!!!
Never ever coming back to this Honda again.

He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. This was the most professional and best car buying experience of my life!!! I love my Accord, it is my second one...but this one has more features than I know what to do with!

My girlfriend any myself dont have the best credit so we didnt keep our hopes up, luckily our salesman Mazen Abdeh was very willing and determine to try and get us what we wanted. After explaing our situation Mazen did everything he could to get us the car and monthly payment that we needed and wanted. Not only were we able to trade in our previous vehicle, Mazen made it possible for us to drive away in a new 2012 honda accord. We are very happy and pleased with our experiance at Norm Reeves Honda! Thank you Mazen Abdeh for making this as easy as you did!

She was now in the market for a new car too and went straight to Kaveh at Norm Reeves. I went with her this weekend, it was a crazy mad house there, they're the only dealership with cars now.
