        Overall

        I found the staff of Rasmussen Pool and Patio to be friendly and accommodating. They repaired my hot tub last year and the price was very reasonable. When I decided to sell the hot tub, I contacted them and they offered to purchase it. Bobby took care of all the details of draining and moving it out, and Carol was very helpful with the process. I recommend Rasmussen Pool & Patio!

        Horrible service

        This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Their crew was here for five hours and got one piece of pipe laid and when mentioned to the owners they did not care. The next day the crew did not show up and the next day they came back and the pool was still not hooked up. When calling the office again the owner was very belligerent with us and we were told that they didn't care. That we would have a finished product. Well three days later we do but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in this town. I can guarantee that we will never use Rasmussen again. If you want what you paid for do not hire them.
