        I do not know what this person is talking about the staff care alot about their customers. The bagels are excellent and I would reccomend to anyone

        Excellent bagels. Excellent service. Elegant in its simplicity.I am not sure what happened to another reviewer who complained of rudeness, but as a frequent customer, I have never found the staff to be anything other than friendly and helpful.Highly recommended.

        Don't waste your time here. The staff are EXTREMELY rude. Bagels and Boars Head aren't good enough to justify the arrogance and rudeness of the employees!!!
