Vital Rehabilitation is a network of outpatient therapeutic clinics that has been providing therapies to adults and children for more than 10 years. It provides rehabilitative services in manual therapies, orthopedics, sports medicine and neurological disorders. It also offers a wide range of additional rehabilitative services in amputation, wound care, lymphedema management and home visitations. It offers a wide range of professional services, such as developmental therapy, counseling and referral consulting, and physical, speech and occupational therapies. In addition, it offers a variety of specialty services that include aquatic and pool therapy, sensory integration, developmental playgroups and early intervention services. Vital Rehabilitation, founded in 1995, is located in Chicago.
