Charged me $70 for diagnostic after I told them what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. So replacing an $18 part came to the total of $137. Enough said. do not come here if you care about your money or honest service

!!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
My wife and I took our car to these people because it wouldn't start. Well the dude calls my wife back and says o it's ur starter. She said cool how much he said the price and she was like ok fix it are u sure it's the starter? The dude told my wife yea it's the starter. Well she calls and checks on the progress of the car. Well there's a new problem. She was like ok how much he told her and she said ok. Well they just keep having problem after problem. By now it's clear to know everyone at this company does not know how to fix cars the firs time and solve the cars problem the first time. By now my wife and I are upset. Well now it's clear everyone is right about Chris the manager that he's racist toward women and he will say there is more problems then what ur car has and he will con u and scam u. Now we have no car and we have a bill of 1,400.00. We are learning that we should of never took our car to Chris and that he's racist toward women and he likes to rip people off. We will never use these people again and we now might have to higher a lawyer to help us. So please no one use these people they will scam u and rip u off.

Do not use them, please. I am a 24 year old woman with a newer car less than 60,000 miles on it. Today, I needed to get my car inspected. I read all of the reviews, and thought, oh, well, they are pretty close to where I live, my car is new, there is no way they can find anything wrong to not pass my car for the inspection. Boy, was I wrong. They came back and told me I had a bar on my right side that was broken; so it would not pass inspection. And that I also needed an alignment, new tires, and all my fluids flushed. (I had just gotten all new tires 14 months ago.) I paid and left and took it to G & J (which I would highly recommend, I have used them for years, they are a small operation off of Vandiver. Very honest, very fast, willing to work with you.). When I got into my car I noticed that the receipt Custom gave me, the failed inspection, said the bar was loose, not broken. When I got to G & J, I explained the situation. They looked at the bar and it was not broken at all. They even showed me when they had it raised up.

I was 35 miles from home when I broke down with no ride. These guys went the extra mile to get me back on the road and most importantly back home without having to find a ride or spent the night out of town. Thanks a million.

I don't know why I come back to this place. I've been to Custom Complete three times each of them equally dispointing. Rather than solving your problem with your vehichle I feel like them rely on the information thats given and make an attempt to fix your problem.
My first experience:
I had problems with my brakes. When asked which ones (front or back) I said I didn't know maybe the back. Two days later I found that they had pulled my e-brake at some point because they control the back brakes which resulted in my e-brake releasing and totalling itself into a tree.
My most recent experience:
I had bad flow from my EGR valve. I told them this and they said they would clean it. As I was driving home from the shop my check engine was back on because they had again incorrectly solved the problem.
Dear Customer, At the counter we try to collect as much information about the vehicle issue as possible. That way we can address the customers concerns first. For example, simply replacing worn brake pads would not fix a spongy pedal. Do you or do you not use the parking brake? How would us setting it be any different than you? Setting a parking brake does not cause it to fail. Also, the transmission if working properly should not allow a vehicle to roll. My advice on the second concern was that we were probably trying the most economical solution first. Clearly you have a deeper issue and I would recommend taking your vehicle to Jim at Worley as he would be happy to help address your vehicle issues. Thank you, Mary
