Roof replaced & gutter guards installed 3 months ago. I am extremely happy with Precision Construction. They were very patient and understanding with all my questions. Were very professional, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and returned phone calls immediately. They even came out to my house twice, almost immediately, when I wanted help. Roof still looks perfect & no leaks even after huge storm (trees falling on houses..). Price was right too.

Dealing with the people at Precision construction Services has been a wonderful experience for myself and my husband. We recently had some storm damage, called the office to set an appointment with an estimator. He came out on time, explained the insurance paperwork to us and made us feel totally at ease. Then we met with a Production Manager who came out to go over everything, and explained the roofing process to us. Low and behold, about a week later, our roof was completed. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up at the end of the day. You could hardly tell that they were even there, except for the lovely new roof on our house(which we have been getting compliments on). I would recommend Precision Construction Services for all your home improvement needs!!!!!

The measure of a company, like Precision, comes from when they have to honor a warranty. My roof did not leak before they replaced the roof. After I identified a leak, I contacted them and they came out and did an "inspection" and determined that it was nothing they had done. The only problem with this conclusion was that the roof did not leak before they did the job. The leak did substantial damage to the ceiling of my house. I would never use them again, and would suggest others to look elsewhere for a roofing contractor. They brag about how honest and how great their warranty is, but it is only a sales pitch...not a reality.
