        This company is falsely reporting to ChexSystems. I have NEVER had a contract to Pacific Western Bank. I have NEVER received any information in regards to this until Aug 2009 through ChexSystems. When it was requested that this be removed immediately, I was told to call a different number and hung up on by Lisa Havv, VP Branch Manager at 6:37PM EST. Lisa Havv stated there was no record on file. Bonnie (Branch worker) also verified verbally there was no record on file.
